We are currently accepting applications for an enthusiastic Service Accounts Coordinator to join Shimano Australia Fishing in Caringbah. Reporting to the National Service Centre Manager, the successful candidate will work onsite in our head office on a fixed term full-time contract basis.
As the Service Accounts Coordinator you will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information on products, technical support, support with spare parts and repairs, troubleshooting, and ensures customer satisfaction is of the highest standard.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering all customer service enquiries, face to face and electronically, ensuring the highest level of professionalism is always provided.
- Data entry of orders daily from all customer channels, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Manage and service a select list of independent retailers that do not have field sales representation, offering special / promo campaigns.
- Administer all IFD sales promotional data and ensure its integrity in Pronto.
- Development of sales reporting through Pronto / Cognos, with strong ability to analyze and summarise data.
- Liaise with Operations Manager, warehouse team and freight forwarders on priority shipments.
- Support the spare parts, picking and packing, parts substitution and bi-annual stock take.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- An excellent communication skill, both written and verbal, with the strong ability to explain technical product knowledge at an understandable level.
- A+ customer service, providing Shimano’s customers with the correct information and resolutions to their enquiries.
- Strong ability to always remain professional during communications with customers and provide outcomes to all enquiries that support the business and customer.
- Problem solving with aptitude to independently provide customers with practical solutions with out of stocks, substitutions, missing freight, warranty requests etc.
- Advanced computer literacy with prior experience in MS Word and Excel
- Experience using Pronto ERP would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, prioritsing tasks and requests.
- Candidates demonstrating recreational fishing knowledge are encouraged to apply
