The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated medical devices sales Product Specialist to join our Gastrointestinal (GI) division . This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technologies, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

The role of a Product Specialist is to actively promote, educate and support the adoption of the specified portfolio of Endotherapeutics products. Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the GI division
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospital staff
  • Provide product education, in-service training, and technical support to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize territory performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support

About you

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years success within a medical device sales or similar role
  • Background in handling GI portfolio/products preferred
  • Territory management experience within NSW
  • The ability to develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to learn and communicate clinical, scientific and technical information
  • The capability to build and analyse sales reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
  • Outstanding sales competency
  • Organised, punctual and professional always
  • Excellent listening skills, ambition, authenticity, and resilience
