Description:
Assett Group Services is a leader in the provision of maintenance services, specialising in the social housing sector. We are growing our team and seeking an experienced Works Coordinator to join our onsite team based in Macquarie Park.
To be successful in this role it is preferred you have previous administrative experience within either a fast-paced facilities maintenance, call centre or trade/contractor environment, but a willingness to learn is essential.

• Excellent time, deadline, priorities and task management skills
• High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data
• Intermediate Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to problem solve, and outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your duties will include:
- Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to subcontractors
- Liaising with our client
- Liaising with trades and subcontractors to via phone and email
- Data entry into our CRM
- Monitoring KPI’s
- General office administration
- Support to trade staff and subcontractors
