Job Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Business Sales Representative, you will:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build and grow your sales pipeline.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities by actively listening to and understanding customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key contacts at various levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and showcase the benefits of our products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of your development goals.
- Continuously learn and improve your product knowledge and sales techniques with full support and training provided.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the Optus brand, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-first approach.

- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided.
- An interest in the Telecommunications and ICT industry, with a desire to grow your knowledge in this field.
