About the role

This full-time Operations & Administration Manager role at All Coast Painting' offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company. As the Operations & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The role is based in Tweed Heads NSW 2485.

What you'll be doing

Manage all administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, scheduling, and general office management Oversee the coordination of staff schedules, client appointments, and job scheduling to maximise productivity Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to support the operations of the business Provide administrative support to the leadership team, assisting with project management, reporting, and other tasks as required Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance Support the HR function, including onboarding, training, and employee relations

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, office management, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations or administration management role Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and various administrative tools Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Highly detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records and data
