The Opportunity
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join yjrot team. You’ll oversee and manage 3 store new build chuildcare v, ensuring exceptional quality and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all on-site activities with a LH reportng to you and you reporting ti the M,
- Plan and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries for both sites.
- Drive subcontractor performance to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.
- Oversee projects in line with construction programs, specifications, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and maintain safe worksites on both locations.
- Complete Quality Control Checklists for all milestone stages across projects.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while managing the demands of multiple sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years plus years’ experience as a Site Manager in new build projects.
- Ability to efficiently oversee a $ 3 million from start to completion.while maintaining quality and schedules.
- Leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to interpret plans and program projects effectively.
