Description:
We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to join our team based in North Sydney, Australia .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern customer and product master data, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across all systems.
- Implement and influence data governance policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and lead cleansing activities.
- Oversee data integration processes between critical systems in the order management process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related issues and improve data quality.
- Lead and participate in data integrity and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage new account setup process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in master data management and data governance
- Good understanding of data flows and system integrations as well as EDI messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and act on exception reports.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, with a strong knowledge of Excel (vlookup, power query, pivot tables).
- Experience with data management tools and software, and a certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
