What You’ll Do: A Day in the LifeAs a BDR at Birdeye, you’ll work closely with our business development leader, paving the way for your advancement to Account Executive or Senior BDR within 6-12 months. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment designed to foster your growth and success.
This role is to support our AE's in our SME Segment.
Key responsibilities include:Conducting online research to identify potential clientsCreate successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospectsGenerating leads and setting appointmentsIdentifying champions and key stakeholders within target accountsPartner with our account executive team to help generate meetings, build sales pipeline and drive dealsParticipating in the meetings you book to sharpen your skills in line as you transition to AE.
This role is ideal for someone with a “Hunter & Gatherer” mentality, eager to seize opportunities and succeed.

What You BringBased in SydneyAt least 1-2 years within SaaS Sales with a track record of achieving sales quotasProven experience in high-volume sales (B2B or B2C)Track record of success in outbound cold calling and hitting sales KPIsA competitive, goal-oriented natureStrong verbal and written communication skills with excellent time management skills.Confidence in engaging with business ownersProficiency in Google Suite and strong organizational skillsExcellent time management skills.
Work LocationOur office is located in Rosebery, Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
