Recruitment Consultant – Health & Medical Technology Location: Sydney – Hybrid
Are you passionate about recruitment and have a keen interest in health and medical technology? Well, we are looking for an experienced Consultant to expand our Health Technology talent division. So, what does this role look like? What You’ll Do:- Lead and grow our Healthtech practice, take over a handful of clients and drive new global growth.- Partner with amazing start-ups, scale ups and enterprise technology companies to understand their talent needs.- Source, attract top-tier professionals within your space, including roles within Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing and more.- We love getting our staff out to events, and for you to build out your network within the health and medical space.- Provide market insights, recruitment strategies, and innovative solutions to grow this division.- Build a partnership ecosystem around you, working with the likes of Medtech partners, Global Governments and more to support your client growth. What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the health and medical sectors.- Excellent new business development skills and a strong track record of winning new clients.- Ability to build relationships with industry professionals, from start-ups to established tech companies.- A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment.
