Responsibilities
You will be joining a well-established recruitment brand in Australia where we have existing relationships with key players within the industry. As we continue to grow our recruitment expertise, we are now seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join a small and niche team which focuses on either Engineering, Construction, Sales & Marketing, HR or Corporate Finance.
Reporting into the Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services.
• Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build strong talent pool.
• Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute team and business financial objectives
• Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
• Proven success with a consultancy in 360 recruitment within Engineering, Construction, Sales & Marketing, HR or Corporate Finance
• Prior business development experience with a hunter mindset and ability to put together as well as executing a recruitment sales plan.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong resilience and a passion for driving success in exceeding expectations.
