Our client seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Client Success Advisor for their Bondi Junction clinic to offer front-line reception and general administrative support.
This position is a PAID Business Traineeship , which will see you work full time and complete a Certificate III in Business !
Your duties will include:
- Manage referrals, appointments, and patient data
- Handle phone calls and emails with a positive attitude
- Utilise computer skills for administrative tasks
- Foster a supportive team environment.
To be successful in the role, you should be:
- Prior customer service or contact centre experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a team
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Customer service experience in a fast food, retail or hospitality environment
- Great attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- A fixed-term contract of 12 months working full-time office hours (Mon-Fri)
