We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant for our Bookkeeping & Virtual CFO team (PT Ignite) at our Toowoomba office.
Key Responsibilities:
The Management Accountant is responsible for overseeing the provision of management accounting services to clients, under the direction and supervision of the Head of Service Offering. The role will ensure a client centric approach where, client expectations are met and delivered on within required timeframes and compliance obligations.
- Client Payroll Management
- BAS Review
- IAS/PAYGW/Payroll Tax Review
- Management reporting review
- Superannuation Review
- Cashflow management
- Processing of bonus payments
- SGC – changes including pre-tax contributions
- Tracking categories for custom P&Ls
- Management reporting review
- Client Payroll Management
- Responding to client and team queries
- Mentoring junior team members
- EOFY Reconciliations
- Provide advice and assistance to clients with regard to cashflow, budgeting, acquittals
- Assist with entity reporting including but not limited to NFP
- Fulfill meeting requirements with client including agendas and follow-up
- Have a senior level of financial understanding.
- Partnering with our clients to ensure the integration of processes, systems, and people – both finance and non-finance
- Attend to clients’ needs on-site as required
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience, as a bookkeeper or accountant
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality management skills
