For over 50 years Leadership Management Australia has been delivering training and development programs with organisations to increase their performance and productivity.
We are seeking a Qld Based skillful Trainer/Facilitator (10 - 15 days a month) with experience in training and supporting frontline operators to learn and implement continuous improvement through Competitive Systems and Practices and Process Manufacturing. Someone who is hands on and loves making a positive difference.
Essential selection criteria include:
- Formal training qualification - Cert IV TAE
- Experience facilitating interactive workshops groups of 5-15 people
- Experience in assisting participants to transfer learning directly into improved, lean manufacturing outcomes
- Proven experience in work place based training and assessment for a Registered Training Organisation
- Formal qualifications in Certificate IV Competitive Systems and Practices and/or Process Manufacturing (Cert 3 or 4) or Process Plan Operations (Cert 3 or 4)
