About the role:
Reporting to the State Manager your day will be varied and will consist of supporting the sales and service teams. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working closely with teams providing exceptional customer service and in a fast-paced environment. You will have an excellent team around you, and there will be opportunities for you to gain and develop knowledge of our vast product and equipment portfolio through training and education provided.
  • Receiving inbound telephone calls from our sales team with regard to customer orders, returns, account inquires, product inquiries and quotes.
  • Supporting the sales team by making outbound calls and advising our customers of promotions and marketing campaigns and activities
  • Assisting the branch with administrative functions to ensure best practice stakeholder management
  • Managing the spare parts within the branch for the Service team which will include Salesforce case management.
  • Processing of warranty parts back to our warehouse at Eastern Creek
  • Booking couriers for spare parts and other equipment relocations
Your experience, skills, and attributes:
  • Strong customer service background, ideally with dental industry experience
  • You enjoy building relationships, helping people, and working cohesively with the wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A team player, who uses their initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook (essential)
  • Previous experience using Salesforce (desirable)
