Hairjamm, manufacturers of Juuce & Pure and distributors of Davines are seeking a high calibre, experienced National Technical Manager to join our team.

This is a FULL TIME position based in Brisbane with travel required.

Position Overview:

As the National Technical Manager , you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading the technical direction of our organisation. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a passion for education and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of technical training and support across the country, guiding our team, and mentoring others to achieve excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the hair industry, specifically in education, and possess exceptional organisational and administrative skills. You will be the driving force behind scheduling, coordination, and communication within the team, ensuring high standards of performance are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage national technical team, focusing on education and training within the hair industry.
  • Develop and implement training programs and workshops to elevate technical skills across all regions.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum participation.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the education team, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Maintain strong communication across departments, ensuring clear understanding of technical needs and goals.
  • Oversee and support product-related technical queries, providing solutions and troubleshooting expertise when required.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the hair industry, preferably in a technical or educational role.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and scheduling skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for education, training, and technical excellence within the hair industry.

Salary is negotiable based on relevant industry experience and qualifications and includes:

+ Generous and negotiable base salary
