We’re on the hunt for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Brisbane head office in Darra. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to craft, execute, and own marketing strategies that will grow our brand, engage our clients, and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the architect of REIF’s marketing, you’ll:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, and content marketing).
- Build and grow the CEO’s personal brand online to position him as a thought leader in the property and finance industries.
- Take ownership of our social media presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook—creating engaging content to increase growth and brand awareness.
- Craft compelling content (social posts, blog articles, email newsletters) that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Manage and build a team of virtual assistants as the division grows to support content creation, campaign management, and administrative marketing tasks.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, implement funnels, and improve lead generation.
- Implement SEO best practices to grow our website’s organic reach.
- Lead branding initiatives for both REIF and our REIPM property management business.
- Create and manage video content, including filming and editing for both short- and long-form posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing with company goals.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a similar role.
- A creative mindset with exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing software).
- Experience building personal brands (preferred, but not essential).
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Leadership skills with the ability to hire and manage a team of virtual assistants as the division grows.
- Passion for the property and finance industries (preferred, but not essential).
- A collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Full-time role based in Darra (in-office).
Salary: $100,000–$105,000 + super
