Phoenix Source & Select are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team. Our national client is a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, specializing in steel and heavy manufacturing. Working in the Reinforced Steel Processing Plant based in Pinkenba.
About the role:
The Customer Service/Admin Role hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Duties include:
- Reception
- Provide timely, accurate data entry and delivery of information and documentation
- Provide a high quality of customer service via telephone and email
- Perform organisational support and administrative duties
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records
- Drive and participate in the continual improvement of operational processes and procedures
- General office and administration duties
- Car & Licence (Transport is not close to site)
- High attention to detail
- A driven and motivated attitude
- Great customer service skills
- A desire to work within a team environment
- Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn programs and systems easily
- Ability to prioritise and use time effectively
