Titan Garages & Sheds is a leading supplier and manufacturer of a large range of garages, carports, farm buildings and light industrial steel buildings.
We are seeking a full time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Head Office at Crestmead.
You will provide day to day administration support in our Construction Department with the primary focus on coordinating and scheduling work for subcontractors, liaising with customers and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include: (but not limited to):
- Liaising with customers to schedule dates
- Preparing and pricing sub-contract agreements
- Assigning work to sub-contractors
- Organising hire of crane/scissor lifts
- Processing weekly subcontractor payments
- Following up on job completions, accounts and payments
- General administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will have the following key attributes :
- Previous industry experience is preferred, however those with previous administration and scheduling experience within the building ancillary industry will also be considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office
- Be customer focused and reliable
- Ability to work unsupervised and also part of a team
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
