All Door Solutions is a market leader in the Commercial and Industrial door industry providing maintenance, repairs and new installations. We supply a wide range of commercial door services to government departments, councils, hospitals and property management clients to name a few.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our team with a proven track record of Scheduling and Coordinating Technicians to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers along with meeting budgets and KPI’s at our Head Office in Loganholme.
In this position, we are looking for someone who is team orientated to work closely with other team members of our service department and has the ability to work well under pressure and enjoys the challenge that a busy service department can bring.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Liaising directly with Customers, maintaining excellent customer service and building of relationships with a strong focus on communication and portal management.
- Scheduling and Coordinating of Technicians on a daily basis issuing and prioritising work through our Simpro system.
- Monitoring job stages to ensure we are meeting customer KPI’s along with clearing backlogs and balancing scheduled maintenance with reactive works.
- Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Management of all aspects of each job from the creation to invoicing and all other administrative tasks in between.
- Building Technician and Account Manager relationships to provide the best outcome for the customer.
- Be a team player who is willing to work in with others to achieve the best overall outcomes.
Successfully candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Proven ability to Schedule/Coordinate tradesman and to carry out the required administrative side of processing a job.
- Good Communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational time management.
- Have well-developed computer skills.
- Experience in Simpro would be an advantage
- Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
