Rochedale Central Dentist is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly team.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-centric Dental Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator to join us on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis with an immediate start
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Dependable and driven, bringing a positive outlook to the team
- Proficient in dental reception and/or dental assisting
- Approachable and compassionate, with a true commitment to patient care
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and appointment management skills
- Experience with EXACT software is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, including some Saturdays
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Proficient in prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Access to your own transport
- Willingness to work after hours and potentially on weekends
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a senior dental or management role is preferred. However, we also encourage applicants who are ready to take the next step in their career to apply

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
- Effective management of the appointment book
- Providing chairside assistance when needed
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
- Control stock levels for practice equipment, stationery, and dental supplies
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Using HICAPS, Medicare and private accounts
- Liaising with dentists, patients, and other staff members
- Performing general cleaning tasks
- Equipment maintenance
- Monitoring and restocking inventory levels
