Experienced Dental Assistant- Full-time/Casual
$26-$34 per hour
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our busy family-oriented clinic to assist in providing quality care for patients and deliver service with a smile!
THE ROLE
- Performing chairside dental assisting working alongside our friendly dentists and hygienists
- Support the rest of the dental team with sterilising tasks to ensure the smooth running of the surgery
- You may on occasion be required to assist in aspects of the Front reception including taking accounts, scheduling appointments and answering the phones
- Working together as a team to facilitate a productive working day
SKILLS
The successful applicant must have:
- Self-motivated and drive to complete given tasks and be willing to work in a team
- Positive outlook, have an encouraging personality and be able to show empathy and respect to patients and fellow staff members
- Experience in a previous role will be helpful- a working knowledge of Exact is a bonus
- A holder of a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential
