As a Senior Business Analyst (EL1), you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering digital health solutions that align with the Agency's strategic objectives. You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders, providing expert business analysis, system analysis, and design solutions to enhance national digital health services.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex business analysis initiatives across a portfolio of digital health programsWork closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide strategic recommendationsConduct impact assessments, facilitate requirements gathering, and prioritise initiativesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and government agenciesManage competing priorities and deliver high-quality business analysis outcomesContribute to innovation and business improvement strategies
Skills we are seeking:Demonstrated experience in digital health, clinical information systems, or product implementation (highly desirable)Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectivelyExperience with HL7 CDA, HL7 FHIR, or other healthcare standards (desirable)Deep understanding of the Australian healthcare sector and its technology landscapeAbility to work independently while contributing to a high-performing teamAustralian Citizenship (mandatory)
