The Business Support team sits within the Business Services Branch and is responsible for the provision of general, specialised and technical support to enable efficient and effective service delivery across all departments.
About Your New Role
In this role, you'll be embedded in the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, filing, and responding to enquiries. You'll assist with organising meetings, maintaining office spaces, coordinating catering, and managing supplies. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be the face of the OCEO, ensuring smooth operations and a professional experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Previous administrative, executive assistant, or business support experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability, with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
