About the Role
We are currently seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide support for our Chief Finance Officer. In this role, you will provide high quality administrative, business, and executive support for Anglicare's CFO and collaborate closely with finance managers and employees to deliver quality outcomes. The Executive Support Officer is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including business, administration and executive support, and must act with professionalism and integrity, and maintain the strictest of confidentiality, at all times.
This position will be Permanent Part Time (3 - 4 days) although we are also open to placing the position as a Full Time role.
Your Role
- Provide a range of business support services to meet the needs of the finance department
- Provide administration support for strategic and business processes
- Prepare and coordinate communication including correspondence, internal communication and reports with accuracy
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, meetings, conferences, or workshops on behalf of the business
- Develop and implement administrative procedures or guidelines to ensure the effective functioning of the office
- Assist with the development of processes and systems for the effective storage and maintenance of team files
- Assisting with budget management, processing invoices, and ensuring expenses are tracked and accounted for accurately, including reconciling credit card expenses
- Organise relevant travel, accommodation, and business arrangements as required by the team
- Perform human resource tasks relating to processing vacancies, appointments, changes of employment, credential compliance and terminations
- Assist to ensure Departmental processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and implement quality control measures as required
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the overall functioning of the organisation.

No two days will be the same as you work to your strengths and provide a high quality support service. You will also bring the below skills and experience:
- High level of experience providing business, administration and/or executive support
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, communication, and relationship management skills with a wide range of stakeholders,
- Strong customer focus, the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and to deal with complex and sensitive matters
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a busy team
- Possesses a strong pro-active drive, initiative and energy to ensure maximum efficiencies and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, including a willingness to "pitch-in" to solve challenges and get the work done
- Advanced digital literacy skills to guide others in using relevant digital tools and understand their impact on daily operations, including a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Suite
