We are a small, community-orientated school located in the bayside suburb of Shorncliffe, catering for Prep to Year 6 students.
Our staff and community are focussed on creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every child thrives. We design learning experiences that build on learner strengths, creating new knowledge using real life inquiries and encouraging our students to be active contributors to the world around them.

About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
- Be future-oriented and strategic.
- Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
- Manage department resources to achieve goals.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
