About the Role

Deputy Principal - Engagement Portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating a High-Expectation Culture: Lead and model a culture of high expectations, ensuring all students and staff strive for excellence.
  • Engagement Interventions: Oversee and continue implementing tier-two engagement programs to support student success and wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing & Belonging: e.mbed student and staff wellbeing initiatives through a vertical House structure, fostering a strong sense of identity and connection.
  • This leadership role requires collaboration with the Principal, Deputy Principals, Heads of Department (HODs), House Leaders, and teachers to drive a positive and inclusive school culture.
