Description:
As one of Australia's most successful Mobility & Homecare equipment wholesalers, we have a position available at our Brendale Head Office for a self motivated, well presented, tenacious Accounting & Inventory Officer.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative and accounting activities for a dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation. Key activity areas include:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Maintenance of creditor/debtor records
- Stock and non-stock purchase orders, receival and payment (including import approvals as required)
- Stock and Asset inventory maintenance and stocktakes
- Processing customer orders
- General office administration
This is a key position, highly valued by the whole organisation.
The key skills required are as follows:
1. Minimum 12 months recent experience
- Providing administrative support to small-medium enterprises
- Using MYOB Acumatica /Advanced or other ERP
2. High level of attention to detail – 95% plus data accuracy.
3. Strong client focus. Strong work ethic.
4. Sound written and verbal communication skills.
5. Sound administrative and organisational skills.
6. High level of experience with using Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
7. A pleasant, friendly, mature, outgoing personality.
8. Clean, tidy and professional presentation
9. Flexible, easy going attitude. Not afraid of challenges.
10. Current drivers licence
