In this role, you will be a key member of our People & Culture team, working both collaboratively and autonomously to implement effective learning and development programs across the organisation.
Working closely with our Clinical Nurse, the ideal candidate will ensure that our training initiatives align with the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional care as an NDIS-registered provider.

About the role
In this role you will ensure effective coordination of training activities, compliance reporting and the implementation of best practices in Learning & Development.
- Manage the learning system (NGO), ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
- Supporting the facilitation of learning programs in face-to-face and online environments.
- Ensuring learning evaluations are conducted and reported on for continuous improvement.
- Schedule all training needs for newly on boarding and existing employees
- Contribute to the design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually.
- Maintain (Rostering Platform) Nightingale for employee compliance.
- Liaise with our Lifestyle Attendants for all training requirements.

You are proactive and have a results-oriented approach, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, facilitating training sessions that inspire and empower our employees. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous professional development of our workforce, enhancing their skills and ensuring we maintain our reputation for excellence in service delivery.
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Working Rights
- Current ‘C Class’ Driver’s License
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
