THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Gepps Cross . Reporting to the Trade Sales Manager, this position involves working across our collaborative Trade Sales team, providing exceptional customer engagement and service on both telephone and email, and finalizing orders in liaison with our Trade Sales Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering and processing orders from inbound customers
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers to ensure a smooth sales transaction
- Liaising with various internal departments such as estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
- Engage in regular product and sales training as part of Stratco career development
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Essential - strong administrative skills and an eye for detail to ensure timely and accurate customer order entries
- Essential - the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Essential - confident in customer service with the ability to extract the right information to best support the customers' needs
- Desirable – experience in the building products or similar blue-collar industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- A high level of professional drive and motivation
- A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
