About the role

PKF Adelaide is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our busy office in central Adelaide. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing team.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and effective way
  • Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and other clerical duties
  • Assisting with the organisation and execution of client events
  • Assisting with the coordination of office supplies and ordering of stationery
  • Supporting the broader team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
