The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the role is to lead a team to deliver PIRSA's program of product development including both in-house and third-party solutions, as well as enabling incremental changes to existing software solutions (support and maintenance), with regular collaboration with ICT Operations, ICT Security and ICT Architecture teams.
The role contributes to delivering the agency's priorities including efficient and unified department operating systems and processes.
The role contributes to delivering systems and technology that supports high levels of customer service and responsiveness.

Special Conditions

Requirements
- Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may be required.
- Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).
- You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations.
- The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
- Essential Requirements: An appropriate qualification in information systems, computer science or information technology, or certified IT skills qualification from a recognised organisation, or extensive industry experience is required.
Remuneration
MAS3 - $127,859 per annum, plus superannuation
