The Role
In this role you will:
- Manage projects from concept design through to construction
- Building and maintaining client relationships via proactive communication skills
- Contributing to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members
- Demonstrated technical skills using computing platforms compatible with DesignInc’s project workflows (Revit, ACAD, SketchUp and Enscape).
- Assist and lead with the production of construction documentation in Revit
- Build your professional relationships by working within collaborative project teams
- Work across and gain experience within multiple sectors such as Education, Health, Defence, Community and Recreation
- Have the opportunity to work on both local and national projects of differing scales
- Opportunities for professional growth within the practice.
Your Skills & Experience
- Have been Registered for a minimum on 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree/Master qualifications in Architecture
- Demonstrated skills using Revit or AutoCAD, Photoshop, Enscape, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Supervise and coordinate small – medium project teams
- Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- A solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards

The role is fulltime and based in our CBD office location. Salary package and general terms will be compliant with the FairWork Act and relevant Awards. Terms are also negotiable in accordance with experience and market rates.
