Description:
The ACH Group Scheduling Team is seeking multiple full time Scheduling Officer’s to join the team based at Mile End.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the scheduling of Support Workers and Cleaners delivering services in customer's homes
- Maintain accurate and up to date information in various systems
- Manage customer and employee queries
- Undertake administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have rostering, scheduling and / or general high-level administration experience
- Possess skills to prioritise work and manage schedules in a volume environment
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver high level customer service
- Have problem solving abilities
- Computer skills including MS Office and database experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have an outstanding attention to detail
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday primarily 9am - 5pm with flexibility to work some early morning, and late evening /weekend/public holiday work an occasion
- A satisfactory police clearance for working in Aged Care / with vulnerable, less than 12 months old before commencement
