About the Role

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator at Lucent Advisory, you’ll lead our Client Services Team and deliver high level financial and administrative support to our team of Divisional Managers. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this position requires advanced level skills to respond to a highly diverse range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing centralised oversight and control of the organisations practice management system (Karbon).
  • Managing proposals for all new clients and renewals.
  • Managing all client onboarding and offboarding activities, including establishing billing arrangements.
  • Leading the practice’s month-end financial processes and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating improvements in office business systems and operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with various statutory and business requirements.
  • Supporting and training junior members of the Client Services Team.

About You

You will be a commercially savvy financial administrator who is happy to take on a diverse mix of responsibilities displaying the following skills:

  • Advanced financial management experience, including overseeing WIP, invoicing, debtors and payment arrangements.
  • Advanced Excel / financial administration, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional customer service, administration and communication skills.
  • Experience using accounting and business systems such as Karbon, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Practice Ignition, Fathom, ApprovalMax, Practice Protect.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fields of financial service management or business administration, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Advanced business analysis skills, including Excel.
  • Experience using accounting and business systems preferred, such as Karbon, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Practice Ignition, Fathom, ApprovalMax and Practice Protect.
  • Experience managing month-end processes, including timesheets, WIP, billing, debtors, accounts payable and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Bookings, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)
