Your Key Responsibilities:

Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and improve marketing & business processes.
Facilitate Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to optimize workflows and collaboration.
Adapt to market trends and continuously enhance strategies for better results.
Manage remote projects with clear communication, team alignment, and iterative improvements.
Coach individuals and teams on Agile best practices, fostering high-performance cultures.

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Project Manager with expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
Strong knowledge of Agile transformations, team facilitation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven ability to lead projects remotely, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Slack, Miro, etc.).
