Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Member Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The Member Services Officer will be the primary point of contact for members, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process member requests, including membership renewals, cancellations, and upgrades
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve member services and make recommendations to management
- Participate in member retention initiatives and campaigns
- Provide support for member events and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or member services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
