- Utilise your knowledge of LoanIQ and technical skills to manage projects and campaigns for Westpac.

How will I help?
Reporting to Manager, Corporate Lending Operations, you will support the Corporate & Institutional Bank (CIB) customers who have syndicated loans where Westpac is Agent bank. The team also participate in projects related to our product system LoanIQ, and new product and process initiatives. The team are involved in projects related to our product system LoanIQ, and new process initiatives.
As part of the role of a Officer, you will facilitate enrichments, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations have been met and customer service levels are maintained at the highest level.

What do I need?
- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking or Operations
- Corporate Lending experience is desirable
- Experience with LoanIQ and Control IQ
- Specific product knowledge advantageous (Syndicate Loan)
- Demonstrate meticulousness and precision in all tasks.
- Hands-On approach and strong stakeholder management
