How will I help?
The role is responsible for project managing our new-to-bank customer implementation activities across Commercial and SME, and the establishment of our transactional and working capital solutions for new to bank customers. As an Implementation Manager, you will facilitate customer project scoping activity, discussions to fulfil technical requirements, planning timelines, driving input and ownership from customers and key stakeholders, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fulfil customer on-boarding needs, through project managing the implementation of payments and working capital solutions for customers.
- Lead the customer engagement during implementation and keeping relevant stakeholders informed on the progress, ensuring a seamless customer on-boarding experience.
- Champion the management of customer documentation for products and services implemented – All types of Business Accounts; Electronic Banking; Merchant Solutions; Payables and Receivables Solutions.
- Provide initial training to customers on solutions implemented.
- Be a fundamental resource for the transactional business in delivering presales support for the Transaction Banking Managers and RGMs.
- Ensure there is regular interaction with key business segments in identifying their client needs.
- Work alongside Product and Project Management in development of new customer capability.

What do I need?
- Knowledge and experience within a banking/financial solutions environment, preferably within working capital and transactional banking.
- Preferred experience within a customer implementation function.
- Exposure to Project Management.
- Technical mindset with preferred knowledge of Payments systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems collaboratively.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and work to agreed priorities and deadlines.
