The role
As a Salesforce Applications Support Specialist, your role centres on managing platform and hardware lifecycles, offering expert support for Salesforce applications, and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted services. You'll actively contribute to building efficient systems and processes, deliver seamless application solutions, and uphold best practices to maintain technical excellence—all while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
In this role, you'll navigate the complexities of a diverse technology portfolio and balance competing priorities to meet both project and support goals. Your ability to address interdependencies, align with stakeholder expectations, and deliver practical solutions within tight timelines will be key to your success.

What is an essential requirement
• Must hold a current salesforce accreditation (provided upon application)
Other key knowledge and experience
• Sound understanding of object orientated design
• Application development experience in Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Communities or similar
• Experience with any of the technologies: Aura, LWC and Custom Lightning Components or similar
• Experience with any of the following tools: Bitbucket, ANT, GearSet or similar
