About the role
Novita has an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical leadership to our growing Occupational Therapy discipline. The role will work closely with other discipline leaders to provide quality services, and drive Occupational Therapy practice and growth throughout the organisation.

- Experienced in the delivery of services and programs for children and adults with neurodevelopmental disability
- Experienced working within the NDIS, and demonstrated ability to understand and adapt to the needs of NDIS clients
- A believer in growing people and practice through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring
- A big thinker, who is able to work with others through complexity
