SA Health is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as the Statewide Telerehab Program Clinical Lead. This full-time, temporary contract position, based in the Rural Support Service's - Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery across South Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation and ongoing delivery of the Statewide Telerehabilitation Service. Your leadership will ensure consistency across Local Health Networks, enhancing access to specialist rehabilitation services for all South Australians. Collaborating closely with the Statewide Telerehabilitation Program Manager, you will develop the Governance Framework and relevant policies, guiding the service towards excellence.
As the Clinical Lead, you will manage key projects aimed at continuous service improvement and work collaboratively with Local Health Networks to support implementation, educate and train staff, and implement workable solutions to challenges. Your expertise and dedication will drive the success of this transformative initiative.
To thrive in this role, you must be registered or eligible for registration with Allied Health Professionals Australia in the discipline of Physiotherapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Social Work. Your clinical experience and passion for improving healthcare outcomes will be invaluable assets.
