We are seeking a Program Manager with a proven track record in successfully leading and managing medium to large projects. They will excel in managing diverse stakeholder expectations across different business divisions and ensuring continuous delivery through Agile methodology.
Your key responsibilities include:
Proven track record in successfully leading and managing medium/large projects with many of the following characteristics:
• Indicative costs over $20M
• Project duration up to 18 – 36 months
• Project Complexity: Medium to High
• Multiple sub projects / streams / technology teams
• Up to 5 business areas affected
• Management of diverse stakeholder expectations, across different business divisions.
• Continuous delivery through Agile methodology within a complex organisation.
• End to end management of key program milestones across business and technology.
Project Management:
• Manage a program or project of work to deliver solutions/capabilities that meet business requirements and realise benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality
• Monitor and report to the Program Director on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables.
• Forecast and manage the cost/benefits impacts of scope change, manage partner/vendor costs related to technology delivery to ensure the program/project delivers within agreed budget.
Risk & Issue Management:
• Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/or delivery in the program/project, including challenging and influencing direct leadership and stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of program/project deliverables and benefits.
Stakeholder management:
• Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders across business, technology and downstream teams to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the program/project.
Best practice and compliance:
• Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes including UNITE governance, Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS), Agile Execution Framework (AEF) and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) and provide input to develop and improve such methodologies and processes, to meet best practice and ensure regulatory and legal compliance of all work on the program/project.
• Facilitate and drive key Customer Engagement governance cadences.
Coaching / Mentoring:
• Coaching / mentoring others on best practice finance management, risk & issue management, governance methodologies to uplift delivery capability across the program and meet program / project requirements.
• Coaching / mentoring teams on Customer Engagement Ways of Working.

What do I need?
To excel in this role, candidates should bring the following experience and skills:
• Strong experience in leading and managing medium to large projects with budgets over $20M and durations of 18-36 months.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects with multiple sub-projects, technology teams and business areas.
• Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations across different business divisions.
• Proficiency in continuous delivery through Agile methodology within a complex organization.
• Excellent skills in end-to-end management of program milestones, financials, risks and issues.
• Strong understanding of enterprise methodologies and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
