Primary Location NSW - Mayfield West Job Description Summary Administration and Customer Service role coordinating water meter maintenance works in addition to basic warehouse operations for small warehouse. About the RoleWorking as a part of our administration team supporting our field based meter exchange team, the customer service role is perfect for a candidate with previous administration or customer service experience, strong attention to detail and proficient computer skills as well as the ability to perform basic warehouse tasks. They will be responsible for customer contacts as well as stock control in and out of the warehouse. The role is also first point of contact at reception both face to face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Reviewing incomplete work orders returned from field
- Completing a series of customer contacts via phone, email and in writing to remedy any onsite issues
- Answering inbound calls from client, staff and customers to provide support including technical information and advice
- Processing meter exchange data – unmetered services, restores
- Liaising with field supervisor/schedulers to determine course of action for quoted works, large works and making bookings
OPERATIONAL
- Front of house reception – customer facing – first point of contact both over phone and front counter
- Liaise with scheduler to assist in the correct distribution of meter types to internal/external customers
- Ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of Warehouse functions, and freight arrangements, that support the effectiveness of stakeholder operations.
- Accurate warehouse record keeping and data entry
- Identify, investigate, report and constructively resolve drivers of inventory variances.
- Lead execution of cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate and approve stock adjustments
- Manage returns and scrapping, in line with contracted requirements
About You
To be successful for this role, you have:
- History of data entry skills and high-level accuracy
- Sound computer skills including Intermediate/advanced Excel
- Warehouse experience
Qualifications Required
- Full training will be provided
- Ability to obtain a forklift ticket if required
- OHS White Card
