About the role
We are looking for a Credit Solutions Manager to join the high-performing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Flexibility is valued at Elders and candidates seeking a part-time role are encouraged to apply.
As the Credit Solutions Manager, your primary function will be to assist the business in ensuring that suitable credit limits are in place for clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet with major clients and assist with the establishment of new credit accounts. Intra and Inter-state travel is a requirement of this position
- Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval.
- Monitor and coordinate credit reviews.
- Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval.
- Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions, where required.
- Proactively engage the business, by reviewing over-limit or expired accounts.
- Prepare miscellaneous reports and recommendations for GM Credit and State leadership team.
- Role model and embed the One Elders values.
About you
- Good understanding of farming enterprises (essential)
- Ability to analyse financial reports
- Sound knowledge of credit management policies and processes
- Advanced client relationship management skills
- Computer skills (excel and data analysis)
- Enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to manage a complex workload
- Ordinary unencumbered driver’s licence.
