The Opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology projects across a variety of domains. This newly established role is part of our dynamic and outcome-driven Business Solutions and Support (BSS) team, where you will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from initiation to execution and closure.
- Lead project teams, effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure milestones and goals are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through robust contingency planning.
- Foster a collaborative and productive project environment through clear and consistent communication.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the project lifecycle, project management methodology and tools.
About You
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in delivering complex technology initiatives (CRM systems, call centre operations, HRIS implementations, and data-driven projects).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA/Atlassian, MS Project, Visio, and Office 365.
- Strong vendor management skills and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills, enabling you to lead with both vision and detail-oriented focus.
