What you’ll focus on:
- Build and develop the capability of our people with strong technical ability:
Develop and implement robust training and development plans that elevate the technical capability of our Service Technicians and empower our Customer Service teams with essential product knowledge and technical confidence.
We want teams that are not just reactive, but proactive — problem-solvers who go above and beyond. - Smarter systems, greater efficiency:
Review current systems and introduce industry-leading service software and workflows that reduce admin, streamline job management, and enhance visibility from the field to the office.
You’ll create a smarter, faster, more connected service function. - Customer experience that stands out:
Embed a customer centric culture of accountability, responsiveness and care. Build strong customer relationships and ensure every interaction is one that earns trust and drives repeat business. - Drive commercial success:
Grow the commercial side of the service department through smart revenue strategies — from service agreements, spare parts programs and preventative maintenance to value-added offerings and upselling opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven leadership experience in service or technical operations
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing revenue
