As part of the Finance, Facilities, and Procurement team within the OIR Corporate directorate, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll work closely with ICT Services to manage procurement processes, ensure value for money outcomes, and drive best practices in contract management. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and leading ICT procurement activities, supplier contractsprocurement education.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement standards, legislation, and OIR policies.
  • Supporting the Manager, Procurement, and the ICT Services team in all ICT procurement matters.
  • Promoting high-level customer service and addressing challenges constructively.
  • Assisting in procurement planning, including preparing ICT procurement and evaluation plans.
  • Drafting and managing QITC tenders (RFQs/ITOs) and contracts to align with OIR KPIs.
  • Guiding business units through procurement processes and expectations.
  • Overseeing procurement inbox management, records management, and liaison with service providers.
  • Using SAP and SharePoint Online for procurement-related investigations and record-keeping.

What We're Looking For

We value experience, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset. To be successful in this role, you should have

  • At least 3 years of recent ICT procurement experience (highly regarded).
  • Procurement Certification (Level 2 or higher) (highly regarded).
  • Experience in using SharePoint Online (highly regarded).
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead and coach junior staff.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and safety-focused workplace.
