Trinity Anglican School is currently seeking a Director/Nominated Supervisor for a short-term opportunity to backfill a period of absence.

Do you have the following…
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification)
- Experience in directing an Early Learning Service
- Certificate – CPR (HLTAID009)
- Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012)
Are you a team player who can…
- Co-ordinate the activities of the service to meet licensing and assessment requirements, ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services Law Act and Regulations.
- Coach, guide, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality service and care, ensuring staff are supported and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate service functions to keep parents, children, and staff informed about upcoming events.
- Ensure childcare payments and subsidies are actioned and late payments recovered.
- Coordinate and manage the completion of staff rosters, timesheets, leave and leave forms for review and authorisation.
- Ensure planning is up to date and meets assessment and rating requirements in conjunction with the Educational Leaders.
