- Lead & Inspire – Manage the Site Leadership team and oversee production teams, mentoring supervisors and frontline operators to achieve high performance.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Manage daily production while implementing strategic improvements across a 3–5-year horizon.
- Champion Food & Workplace Safety – Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, keeping our people and products safe.
- Optimise Processes – Work alongside national operations teams to enhance efficiency, automation, and workforce capability.
- Foster a Winning Culture – Promote our One Harvest values, leading by example in integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Leadership Experience – Proven success in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production at a senior level.
✔ Strategic Thinking – Ability to balance day-to-day operations while planning for long-term growth.
✔ Continuous Improvement Mindset – Experience with LEAN, TPM, or CI methodologies is highly desirable.
✔ People-Centric Approach – Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on talent development.
