An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Dining Room Supervisor to lead operations at our site. This full-time, Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) role is ideal for individuals based in the Bowen Basin or regional Queensland. For interstate applicants, relocation is required.
Position:
- Coordinate Operations: Manage all aspects of stewarding operations, both back and front of house at the site.
- Collaborate with Top Chefs: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless food service.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee food safety and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, store rooms, and equipment.
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate a small team of Dining Utilities to deliver exceptional service.

Minimum Criteria:
- Experience Required: Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Proactive Approach: A solutions-focused mindset to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and customers.
- Health Clearance: Ability to pass a full medical and clearance check.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling Certificate and RSA Certificate.
